Day 1

Journey through the Yasawas, viewing the other islands enroute to the Blue lagoon region. Arrive late lunchtime. Start relaxing, choose your own stretch of beach.

Stay at Sunrise or Coral View, L, D

Day 2

Well if you insist on being active you can visit the magnificent Sawailau Caves (FM) or just chill.

Day 3-4

Big sleep in, swim, snorkel, go fishing. At 1.30pm you'll head for the Naviti area where a big 'Bula' welcome and a hearty lunch awaits you. Coral reefs and bays with their pristine white sandy beaches set the scene for a wonderful couple of days exploring and relaxing.

Day 5

Laze the day away until your mid afternoon transfer to fabulous South Sea or Bounty Islands. They may be small but they're big on character - some of the best coral reef areas for snorkelling and diving that you'll see in Fiji, fresh water swimming pool, knockout sunsets and great hospitality.

Stay at South Sea Island (dorm) or Bounty (doubles), B, L, D

Day 6

Enjoy this magnificent island for as long as you please. Varying return times available. Full Monty passengers enjoy the fantastic 'Seaspray' Sailing Adventure exploring the outer Mamanuca Islands, village visit, Kava ceremony and snorkelling.

Getting There

Air Pacific is Fiji,s international carrier that has direct flights from Auckland, Christchurch, Brisbane, Melbourne, Sydney, Honolulu, Los Angeles, Vancouver and Narita (Japan). Air Pacific is a full partner of the Qantas Frequent Flyer programme and has code-share arrangements.

Other airlines that fly into Fiji are Qantas, Air New Zealand, Korean Air and Pacific Blue.

Currency

Name Fiji Dollar

Symbol F$ Bank notes come in denominations of two, five, 10, 20 and 50 dollars. Even though Fiji is now a republic, notes and coins still have a picture of England's Queen Elizabeth II on one side.

The dollar is broken down into 100 cents. The following coin denominations exist in cents - one, two, five, 10, 20, 50. There is also a F$1.00 coin.
